LOL, about =A35 worth of bits from Maplin and some letraset. Propably better value than the =A320 resistor, but only because you get=20 more bits in the bag.

Different Letraset, =A35 less (or =A35 more the press) and you get the same= =20 kit but different instruction, as Start button.

I'm waiting for the same kit to appear as a manual police lazer jammer=20 "totally legal" with "May improve your chances of avoiding a speeding=20 ticket upto 99%, only =A359+=A31 PNP".

Must get one of those too, the extra 45BHP from the "race kit" coupled with the extra 10-20BHP from the "boost controller" that's a 65BHP performance increase for £28.98!

How the f*ck do Subaru justify charging £1595 for the prodrive performance pack which boosts the power by a mere 40BHP I ask??

Bleed valve. Cheapest way to get more power out of a turbo car.

Dawes device is much better. Less lag, easier to set for an accurate=20 real opening boost pressure, and less likely to screw up fueling,=20 because nothing is getting fooled over what the boost level really is.

They work, and are simple. I had one on the GT4. Worked nicely solidly and without an associated=20 lag you get from a bleed valve.

Indeed - anything to make it more technical looking. The resistor is a 10 watt type so pretty well any switch should cope with that sort of current. Of course it could be to make sure it is switched off when you come to re-start the engine - richening the mixture in this way is rather like pulling the choke out...
