Except that all the cars I've ever had have been the top or second-top model of their range :) Must be a French and English thing :)

FWIW, the new Pug has them "projector" headlights. They're not HID, but they're *HUGELY* bright (like twice as bright as the 405 / 600) - so it's perfectly possible to get decent light output from a 60w bulb if you try.
Why ?
Are you suggesting that my usually-on 60w dipped-beam may dazzle you ?
As you'll never actually see my 130w main-beams (unless you drive towards me in the dark with only your candles on - see my previous post), then I fail to see why you care ?
