Black visors aren't technically illegal, but so long as you only wear them in daylight and don't take the piss, then the plod won't touch you for it, IME.

Run off little 1L cans like camping gas? On a commuter bike like a CG it would do around 80mpg = 17miles/L on LPG. If screw fitted self seal like camping propane cans the good thing is you can take your fuel into work so when the real crises hits no one can nick it (OK, yes, they will lie in wait and mug you as come back to the bike!).

There are conversion kits for bikes and even lawn mowers but they are a silly price.

guy at the place i stayed in florida had quite a nice bike, dunno what it was but had something like hayabusa written down the side i suspect it means good news as there was a few people getting very excited over it. looked nice though and i was told it's very quick, seeing the guy go off down the 7/11 in a pair of shorts and flip flops and nothing else on it though was a bit comical, still can't get over the whole no helmet thing in the US so many don't bother.

but if they don't like you they can insist you remove it there and then. Catch 22 you have to have eye protection. So if you ain't got a clear or light enough tint visor to fit in it's place you are walking.

Frankly, that's bollocks.

There's no legal requirement for eye protection, so you just tame your speed and ride without it.

Alternatively get a Caberg lid with the internal, flip down, dark visor

On the other hand Vamp, given that you seem to exude some sort of fuzz attractant in large quantities, I'd avoid black visors for the sake of staying out of jail if I were you.

In summer I often used to ride sunglasses on with my visor open heh.

But a 2 stroke with the same frame design and geared like a trailie.

I've got the Honda 250 knockoff of the monster. VTR250. Great bike to learn on and if you chuck it down the road there is no fairing to replace. I think I have had more fun on it than my CBR1100XX Super Blackbird.
