Anyhoo, I'm in the Hospice as I mentioned elsewhere at the moment so I can't do anything about it till next week, sorry.

Didn't see that, are they treating you well? The local Hospice was very good with my brother's care a couple of years ago.

Yea it's good, only temporary, I came in on Monday and I'm off home tomorrow. We've learnt how to hoist - and one is being delivered to out house tmrw. It's very much not dignified - but seen as though once we get home only my mum an dad'll see it happen it doesn't matter as it might. The occupational therapist is anazignly efficent as well, definately gets things done.

The word of an OT can make things happen. I deal with them every day and we provide things to make things easier for people. Showers, ramps, specialist kitchens, even extensions for people.
Anyway, keep your OT friendly, they can do lots for you.
