Early Chevvy Blazer, Hundy Galloper (it's a Shogun/Pajero), GMC Yukon.

A Blazer would be a giggle. Mate of mine had a big block GMC Jimmy about 15 years ago. Cost £125 to do 125 miles in it back then, but he did use all of the power, all of the time.

This actually looks like a decent one at a decent price, but it breaks your cheap old shed rule:

There was a few track prepped 75s with a few stickers on them doing laps of the ring when I was there. They were plenty quick as well. I got out of the way to let one by going into a corner, then went after it hehe :-p It pulled on me quite a bit in the corner, the fact it was a long corner and I'd lost momentum didn't help me, but on the next straight that was pretty long I was definately catching him pretty well by the time we got to the next bend, it seemed the faster we went the quicker I reeled him in, which was completely irrelevent as he went round the next little group of corners like, twenty times as quick as me! Well, maybe not twenty... It was bloody quick though, ok I didn't know the track at all and had to have not trashing my car at the forefront of my lap thoughts, and I'm sure a R27 with similar mods would give it a good run - but, in that car, on that track, at those corners, on that day, there was no way on earth I was going to try and match him heh! The driver just had the look of a "I could drive this track whilst blind-folded, drunk and asleep" kind've 'ring god heh! The way it pitched and rolled as he changed direction, seemingly not graduallyat all, just yanking the wheel to the other side, looked pretty terffifying from where I was - no idea what it would've been like as a passenger...

Still, it gave me a load more respect for the 75 :-)

Heh - I can honestly say that I couldn't describe myself as being terrified once - a couple of slightly "erk" moments, but I don't remember them in all that much detail. But they do roll a fair bit.....

Those links don't work right for me at least dude, just take me to the search page but there is no 'search' if you get me. AFAIK the only way to link to individual cars is using the whole link from the individual cars page - in IE you can just copy it from the 'address bar that you can't type in' on the cars page, you get a fairly long link, but fine for posting. You may wanna change your postcode though if you're one of those paranoid types hehe :-)

I notice PeteM can view a link of that format that Carl has posted behind a TinyUrl - so that may be a screwyness at my end - apologies :-) Maybe it's cos I'm using the IE8 Beta, but it is in full compatibility mode so who knows!
