MkIV Astra Coupe.
Very badly modded one, at that.
how the hell can you get in without climbing thro the window - maybe it's my eyes but I don't see a door shaped outline in that absolutely hideous skirt thingy.

They have cut about 20cm off the bottom the door the shut line is now ABOVE the skirt (bet it's got Lambo doors). Electronic keyless entry is a common mod and can be found on production cars. Operate central locking, the latch opens, a spring pushes the door open enough to get a hand hold on the door edge. TVR's have a release button under the mirror. Bottom line --

It looks like the doors have been shortened so they open over the skirts, rather than the skirts needing cutting. Like stepping over a very large side sill.
yeah - i can see the door line above the skirt but the bottom front corner seems to disappear behind the skirt thing and I couldn't quite picture it opening without ripping it away from the body shell. It was just my first thought.
