Not really.

Especially if you've recorded Top Gear and watched it later that evening...

tennis sucks! what kinda sport goes indoors for a bit every time theres a bit of rain!

If its like my car, that'll be about =A35k then.

Having had a Giulietta and, shock horror, an Arna for all of a week before the OSR wheel fell off, not at all.

SD1 handbrake was spot on though.

I'd call Clarkson a twunt for stuffing a nice black 75 3 litre Veloce, but then who am I to say...

Jings, How the f*ck could you contemplate an Arna after a Giulietta? The Giulietta was stunning, balanced piece of automotive art. The Arna was a heap of crap Datsun assembled by mafiosi.

You know that's where I reckon Clarkson et al have it wrong. OK, you're not a petrolhead until you have owned an Alfa. But to be a real petrolhead you need to have stuffed one magnificently.

Yes really. Record the tennis; ignore the tennis on the television and read the scores later.

And miss the best Wimbledon final of all time? - if not the greatest game of tennis ever played?

I know you don't 'get' most sport, but watching a recording isn't the same as watching it live.

If it were that frickin' important, you'd have gone to see it.

So what's your point? You did neither.

Actually, despite how bad it was, Clarkson's 75 made me want one again.

Actually the Giulietta I had wasn't really a fine example TBH although it was bloody brilliant to hoon around in until a mate of mine totalled it. I mistakenly thought that because the Arna looked like a Cherry, it was basically the same car. It was cheap and I needed summat quickly for work so bought it. In hindsight it was probably the worst decision I made. I blame the stupidity of youth.

To be honest I'm with the H's on this one. Last two weeks in a row I let the PVR collect Top Gear whilst I watched the Euro Champs football - and England weren't even there heh! I'd have done the same with the Tennis but I'm not a fan at all.

Rubbish. The one on mine is fine. Miles better than my E39 BMW.

I didn't watch either. And I'm very happy with that fact.

A very nice gold v6 Veloce went past us on the A1 on Saturday, slowed right down, had a good look at the 2cv we were in, thumbs up, and buggered off again. "MMmm.. That's not so bad either" thought I.

My 75 was a v6, but a 2.5 auto - nice, but I did think a manual box would have been better. Still, it was free.
