Would it be better to use my 85GT lower control arms when I convert from 4 lug to 5 or use the lower arm from the 1995 GT donor car?
I guess what I'm attempting to find out is, "Are they completely interchangeable"?

I can't answer your question about them being interchangeable. I don't know, I don't think they are.
You should change the bushings and ball joints in either case, so why use the 95?
fatique and the 95 lived a pampered life..
