I just got done putting in my CD deck in my 95 GT with Mach 460. I bypassed all 460 wiring/amps and fishtailed some wires through the doors. Alls well. Looks like those speakers were not really meant for full range sound and only for bass. They sound good bass wise, but for mid/high frequencies they are terrible. Is it possible to replace the speakers in the rear mach460 speaker box with some, for i.e., Pioneer 3-ways? I don't want to ditch the box since it does help with the fullness of the sound (compared to my 95 GTS that did not have that box in the rear deck). Also, which tweeters have you been able to fit in the mach 460 tweeter pods?
