The value on a few things. How much you feel its worth. and how much someone is willing to pay. all those guides are to just give you a general idea of value.

Depending on how few miles, and what kind of condition it's in, figures into how much it's worth. I think the NADA recognizes the Bullitt as a collectible, whereas others may not. As others have pointed out, it's real value lies in what anyone is willing to pay for it. Right now is a great time to buy a car, but a terrible time to sell one. New cars have rebates that make them very attractive, even if your car is unique. Another thing working against you when selling a car like yours is simple ignorance. Most potential buyers see a Mustang, and yours doesn't even have a spoiler! How can it be a GT? :-) They have no idea that it's a limited build, or what Bullitt is a reference to, or why it has any greater value. And they've obviously never driven one, or else they'd be grinning all the time. Kelly Blue Book is like this. As far as they're concerned, it's just option content.
