My gawd man, how can you sell that thing? If I had the money I'd buy it right now!

It is understood by everybody in my house that MY Mustang resides in the garage ALL the time...even if our second car turns out to be an M5! ;-)

Honesty gets a premium in my book. If I had the money for this car, I'd buy it in a heartbeat, asking price. I'd have to come take it for a test drive, of course, but I'd leave the keys to my '97 snake behind as collateral.

Unfortunately, funds are quite limited due to the recent acquisition of a

1988 LX and an '01 Ninja, not to mention having issues with my car being stolen, the new wheels + tires on it (that thankfully didn't end up missing after the theft), house issues, etc... *sigh*

Growing up sucks.

I'm with Cindy, Dave. Not sure I wouldn't take out enough mortgage to lengthen, widen, or double deck the garage, so's I wouldn't have to part with this car. Bless you.

...and it looks like a legitimate winner.

Sounds like you need to call the other guy and tell him that he missed out at the original price that you would have sold it for!

I hope the transaction goes well.

I pray that the next owner will modify the hell out of it.

Helmut,

Why? And with what mods?
