That's the one I want

The right year. The right color. The right everything. Well, it could have a 427, but I wouldn't complain. If only I could get it licensed in the oppressive state of CA. And if I had enough money.

I wanted one when I was 16, but I couldn't have one. Now I'm 45, and I still can't.

Ah well, nothing like a pretty body to perk up my day.

Why would you want a BOSS 302 with a 427 engine in it?????

Maybe for the same reason I'd like to have an 03 Cobra motor in my 01 GT? Of course there's the whole collectabiliy issue...but I love a sleeper.

Because Ford made them. OK, it was a 429, sorry, my mistake.

That would be a Boss 429, they didn't have the stripes, graphics, or shaker scoop of the Boss 302's.

Good point!!! :) All I was trying to get across is that I like the idea of having more under the hood than it appears on the surface, that's all.

That would be like me putting a V10 Viper motor under the hood of my car and taking a trip to the track. Of course, I doubt the insurance people would appreciate that.
