Where is the OBD2 connector in a 2004 Mustang?

It's not my car and it's not here. I am asking for a friend.

Thanks.

Yep. With very few exceptions, it's under the dash in the driver's foot well. In the earliest days of OBDI/II, people would hide them all over the place. On some older VW/Audi vehicles they're under trim pieces in the dash or behind the center armrest (near a rear passenger's knee...heh).
