Started truck today and heard high pitched whine from engine in idle. Reved it and whine gets higher pitched. Turned off AC and same. Also happens driving. Plenty of oil. It's not a belt 'screech'. Suspect water pump? 4 cyl KA24DE manual. 75k miles. Any experience with this?
