Is there a way to disable the power antenna in a 2000 pathfinder (is there a fuse, connector). I don't want to have it jam during the winter months.

There might be an easier way...but try finding where the antenna base is located. There should be a power cord or wiring harness connected to the antenna motor, unplug it.
You may have to remove a panel or two in order to access this component..if its close to any of the speakers it might be covered in one of these walkthroughs:

If its the same as in the 2002 Pathfinder, it is fuse 24 (7.5 amp) in the fuse box under the left side of the dashboard.
