Or perhaps he is not stupid enough to spend 2.33 a gallon for gas

Most ridiculous clique I have ever read. Stoopid really.

I think Nissan dropped the ball. For a measly 30 or so horsepower the premium requirement is rigademdiculous.

If premium is $2.33 then surely regular is not any less than $2.00 a gallon, most likely more. So to me, paying an extra .30 cents or so a gallon to get better results is not at all what I would consider to be "stupid".

I seriously doubt that a change to or from premium grade fuel will make 30 HP difference??

My NA is supposed to be 180? and the Super is 210? So difference of 30 horsepower gets you into the high grade fuel requirement.

Hey n*****ts nobody said the HP drops down to 180? Should I type more slowly for you?

BTW, guess what happens to your warranty if they find out you've been using less that recommended fuel and oil.

Good luck to the OP, it's tough times to sell a used vehicle right now, and Nissan is still giving a rebate on the Frontys.

Oops I made a mistake, I forgot to add the 4X4, so it's $23,919.00

So if you are running regular and then fill it with premium, your car suddenly gains 30 HP??

This is why no one wants to engage you in conversation.

Sheesh. No no no. I never said that.

What I am saying is that I think Nissan should have done better engineering so that you don't have to use premium gas to get the 30 hp that the charger outs out.

Most other trucks with V6 puts out more horsepower/torque on regular gas.
