Micra headlight problem

Please help, My wife's Nissan Micra has a problem with the nearside headlight, I have changed the bulb and dipped beam still doesn't work, the headlamp dip-dim control unit was making such a racket that I replaced that as well (£98) but it still makes the clicking noise, plus, I can just make out some other clicking noise coming from the engine compartment. I have no idea what is wrong. Is there some clever soul out there who can help me please? Kind regards Steve

Sounds like relay problems or just a bad connection somewhere.

:( My daughter has the same problem (including the cliks in the engine bay, any luck with a solution?
