Do you really need to replace it? Usually they get some bit of stuff in them and clog up. A piece of fine wire will often clean it out.

nozzle on the above van? I've got one and the mechanic reckons its a 10-hour job and doesn't want to touch it. I've spent 1 hour myself and got nowhere. I think you have to take the dash out but can't get the centre console apart. I need it in for it's Warrant of Fitness test. Help!!

If this is the "Van", it just twists 90 degrees and comes out. The new one twists back in. If the hose is lost inside, bend the end of a coat hanger into a hook, and probe inside 6-8 inches until you hook the hose. The hose is about 3/8" diameter, so make the hook about that size. Be careful not to tear up the insulation that is also inside against the inside sheet metal.

Thanks Bob, Not sure what you mean by "the Van" but yes it is a van. The thing is the nozzle fitting is slightly different from what you describe. It's not a snap-in thing, it has a nut and a washer on the end that goes into the van. You literally have to get access to the rear of the dashboard to get to it, as far as I can see. I have had a look with a coat hanger as you suggested but it's little use. The aperture is only about 8mm. Any ideas are welcome. Jamie

Thanks Chuck, but yes I need to fit the new one because there is only a hole where the old one should have been. Also the washer hose is inside the car, behind the dash, hanging loose. If you squirt the washer, the water trickles down the back of the dash! This is the root of the problem I'm afraid.
