Anyone done a sound deadening/noise insulation job on their frontier (year model probably does not matter).

Please share your knowledge!!

Thanks!

Thanks, not a single post about such a thing!!

I am coming from a Tundra, so I think quiet is something many people thought about with the Tundra, must not be important to Frontier people/owners.

I'll keep using the earplugs, I suppose, until I get a better idea on how or if it is possible to quiet things down!! :))

Check with the rec.audio.car newsgroup or read around on car audio web sites. Sound damping materials such as Dynomat (and other less expensive alternatives) can be applied to the inside sheet metal of cars to cut down on noise. An extra layer of carpet padding (the fiber kind) can be added under carpets to reduce noise a little. Synthetic motor oil also makes my engine run a little bit quieter.
