MAYBE a wheel alignment ?


My Nissan Altima is wearing the front tires on the inside.Any opinions
> on what may be the cause.I have a factory manual it says only toe in can

So far from what the manual says ,the front end can't be alined,only the toe end can be alinged.I'll chech the ball joints(only has bottom ball joints) to see if they have slack.....or maybe replace the complete front strut assembly on the front.

I don't want to state the bleeding obvious, but your tyres are showing the classic sign of insufficient toe-in.

Don't fall for the "the entire control arm must be replaced" scam; the ball joint can be pressed out and a new one pressed in,I've done it on my 03 Sentra SpecV.Nissan,Firestone,and a local mechanic all wanted to replace the entire lower control arm,for a bad ball joint. It cost me $15 for a new ball joint,and Advance Auto loaned me the press tool.
