My '03 Pathy has a recurring 'Service Engine Soon' warning. The on-board comp. readout indicates a gas cap problem, but the cap appears to be fine. Anybody have any idea what else might cause this indicator?

Did you refuel without turning off the engine? Either way, you might want to clear the error and see if it comes back.
He said it's recurring.
An '03 is probably still on warantee. Take it to the dealer.
