Stock radio bracket stolen -- what do I do?

Dec 02, 2003 1 Replies

The stereo in my '94 Sentra was stolen. It was mounted to the dash using the stock mounting bracket. I just went to a bunch of junkyards and could not find a replacement. Does anyone know where I can get one? Actually, I think the bracket consisted of 2 small, separate metal plates that bolted onto the radio and to the dash. Also, there were very short screws that held the plates to the radio -- can I buy those at a car stereo shop or at a hardware store?

Thanks,

They're available from Nissan, cost less than $10 total if I remember right. Got the radio stolen out of my '93 earlier this year.
