My wife's 94 has been blowing fuel pump fuses almost 2 per week the last month or so. It started doing it about a year or so ago in the summer and I put in a new fuel filter. Seemed to stop for a long time but now the problem's back worse than ever. I'm thinking that the fuel pump might have a glitch in it causing an intermittant overload. It went dead on her today while driving, usually it does it when idling and then attempting to accelerate. Could be a dangerous problem. Anyone have any thoughts on this one??
