Had a flat and replaced with a new tire. Recently I am hearing a clicking noise coming from under the car.. Definitely a rotation clicking can be heard when slowly driving the driveway. Any ideas.

You don't state the year, or mileage - so can't really comment on possible wear items... - but it could be something as simple as a pebble lodged in a tire.
The year of the car is a 1999 and there are 97,000 miles on the car.
Does the clicking occur only while turning or even while driving in a straight line (low speeds and high speeds?) etc... can you maybe characterize the problem a little further...
i have a 1995 maxima, with a 110000 i get a clickin noise right under the car also, when im tappin the brake at lower speeds or when im accelerating at low speeds, almost at the same time the lowest gear shifts. at high speeds i hear nothing, this si just at slow speeds, such as going off a red light or the driveway example.

could simply be a small pebble stuck in your tire tread. It's happened to me
I did not see the original post but if it only does it when turning in one direction or the other then you have a bad CV joint....very common for cars with higher milage, boot splits, letting all the grease sling out, then it gets dry and starts to eat the CV joint up.
