You have an intermittant short somewhere. Finding it could be a challenge.
Have you recently added anything electrical to your car, like additional lights? This addition may put just enough of an additional electrical load on a circuit to cause the fuse to blow.

Has anyone ever changed a signal light switch? Do you have to pull the steering wheel off?
