My local dealer was literally giving them away. They had boxes of them since they put locking lugs on every car they sell. I believe the lugs are standard no matter what style factory wheels you have but I could be wrong. Ask you local Nissan parts guy and he may just give you some for free.
The nuts for the stock alloys on the '99's are acorn shaped (capped since they are exposed) with a (roughly) 45 degree seat on them. You can figure out the thread at the local auto parts store. Since you are not changing studs, just take one of your existing nuts in and find out the stud size. Then you can buy some aftermarket nuts to fit - or, like the other poster suggested - check with the local dealer. I can't imagine that a dealer charges much for lug nuts, but you never know.

Practically every bolt on a Nissan has a 1.25mm thread pitch.
