My engine light is on and I am getting a P0140 code. Which is O2 Sensor Circuit no activity detected. (cylinder bank no 1 sensor no2) Can anybody tell me which sensor this is?

Bank 1 (rear 3 cylinders)
well you got half the equation right, now which sensor is it.
please put your answer in the form of a question.
remember , the still unknown factor is this
is the car a California or federal emission standard vehicle
