what can and cant be fixed and on a nissan where is the a-frame and how do u know if it is bent

Anything can be fixed with enough time and money. The A arm is that arm behind the front tires parallel to the ground. You can usually tell if they're bent by looking at it. Otherwise, you need an alignment rack.
