I have a cycle carrier for two bikes, it is the type that hooks over the rear tailgate at the top and also under the rear bumper somewhere, the straps are then tensioned. Looking at my car it seems that the top part of the rear tailgate, above the glass, may be plastic. Will this be strong enough to hook onto?
