I've got a 306 1.4 meridian and when i turn the key i hear a kinda 'whirring' noise for a few seconds, which i think is the fuel pump kicking in, and then it goes. But now when i start the engine i get the noise constantly and its quite load. Does anyone know whether it is the fuel pump or something else? and is it normal to hear it all the time?
