Can cold weather affect the power steering? My pug has become a lot heavier to steer i have checked the tyres and that so the pressure and grip is good ..
Any ideas?

Is there enough oil in the pump ? Maybe there is a leak and there isn t enough oil in it.
Most of the time when the pump is dead ( or almost dead ) the pump makes a lot of noice
