One day it ran fine, the next, it would crank, but wouldnt turn over (it froze during the night). Everything seems to be in good order. All the hoses and belts are good, the fuel is flowing and there seems to be enough voltage, what am I missing?

It is possible the starter motor is knackered. Does the car jerk at all when you try and start it? - Possible seized clutch.
Probably not much use to you..
