1994 Firefly turns over but won't start....help

1994 firefly cranks but won't start. Wonder if fuel filter or fuel pump issues? Please suggest a fix.

Check for spark first. Then check for power at injector. Check for ground pulse at injector and check for fuel pressure.

Would not hurt to check compression too, to be sure the timing belt has not jumped or broken.
