2000 Grand Am intake manifold gasket on 3.4L engine

I had the intake manifold gasket replaced on my 2000 Grand Am 3.4L engine two year ago by local GM dealer out of warranty.

Last inspection same dealer tells me that gasket is leaking again and needs to be replaced.

Of course they did not offer to do it free or discounted. I'm pretty peeved.

What are my options with GM and/or the dealer?

I've heard of some kind of manufacturer "goodwill repair program." Does GM have one and would this repair fall under that category?

Thanks, Scott
