I have a 94 sunbird and the turn signals quit working. I have looked up in the repair manual and it states the hazard flasher is located near the fuse box (found that one and it is working fine) and the turn signal flasher is located next to steering column. It also states it is retained by a spring clip. I am at a loss I have taken the whole dash apart and can't find it. Help any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
