Yeah, pretty easy. 12-15 10 mm (IIRC) bolts. Filter is right there when the pan is off.
Better have somehting with a BIIIIG mouth to catch the fluid in. ;-)

My advise- for $75.00 take it to Jiffy Lube to do an inline complete fluid exchange. Well worth the money and headache.
