'98 Bonneville (Front End Wobble/Bounce)

Front end bounces. Driver Side. Pronounced @ ~ 65 to 75mph then disappears at the highter 75-85 mph Tires have been rotated electronically high speed Tire pressure is fine. Tires are wearing fine Car had this problem with new tires & now a year later problem still exists. I've never had the rims checked for out of round, but it seemed strange to have two rims bent? Would anyone have had similar problem & could it be that the whole McPherson needs replacing? How much???

If its more like a vibrating type noise? it could be a bad wheel bearing hub assemble. I had a Z- 24 that made noise only over 65 mph. The wheel bearings in my Bonneville would vibrates at 23 mph and get louder the faster you go. Can you bounce the front end up & down much? You might have a blown strut.
