I am looking for a pair of rust free quarterpanels for a 2-door 62 Grand Prix. Does anyone know of any salvage yards that specialize in older american cars? Thanks.

Get a copy of Hemmings; lots of Arizona salvage yards advertise in there, some specialize in Pontiacs. You'll want some out-west sheet metal probably. That's not going to be a trivial thing to find.
