Service Costs?

Any idea how much a 100.000 mile service runs? how about a Tranny Flush? Maybe even a Coolant flush? Its a 99 Grand Am SE with 89,000 miles but what could it hurt to have all this done early? The Radiator overflow tank has gunk in it is this going to increase a typical coolant flush? Also looking to see how much lubing the chassis and doing all the bearings and cv joints and the like would run I noticed that i cant check the tranny fluid in this vehicle(NORMAL??) but it sometimes will jerk hard into first when i step on the gas (not clanking just a real hard surge) Thanks guys!
