Porsche is building a garage where you can live " together with Newgard, they presented the Porsche Design Concours: an exclusive complex where you can store your car collection, work, and entertain friends.
Each owner will have from 250 to 560 m² with a mezzanine, bathroom, bar, and climate control. A private club with a spa, padel court, restaurants, and co-working spaces is planned nearby. The first two complexes are scheduled to open in 2028 in West Palm Beach and Dallas, each with 22 garages. Purchases are by invitation only. You don't even need to own a Porsche; collectors of other brands are also welcome.
