Update on earlier post/problem with Power steering foaming the fluid. Replaced pump and all three hoses and fluid, and everything is perfectly fine again. Thanks for everyone's help. Still not sure root cause of problem, but either the pump or one of the hoses. No leaks from hoses, but noticed that the return line from the rack has a hose/steel line combo, and at the joint, it was able to turn, implying not possibly air tight, and perhaps sucking in air there, or then again maybe the pump somehow....
