Haynes Manual Printed in USA.

For the last two years I have used a haynes manual from my local library (UK) for my NG900. Today I bought a new one and compared the two books for any differences. The one apparent difference is that the old one was printed in England whereas the new one was printed in the USA. The paper quality of the American manual is poorer being less white, probably recycled. I paid £14 for something thats been transported across the atlantic. Seems strange that according to previous posts they cost more in the USA. Must be the only bargain in the whole of the UK as everything else in this country is dearer.

In the past, there wasn't a USA edition available. Maybe people were referring to the increased cost of books imported from the UK.

Is it a US edition (care reversed and language changed) or are they just printing in the USA now ?

I find a lot of Haynes list details for LHD cars anyway, especially those those sold throughout europe, or from a mainland euro manufacturer.

The 900 Haynes manuals have been available in the US for awhile. They are softcover and are generally low cost construction, while the UK versions are typically hardcover and higher quality. The previous posts (that I was a part of) were talking about the 9000 manual, which have never been produced in the US.
