Wastegate Turbo Valve

Any know where I can find a used or new wastegate turbo blowoff valve for my 1992 9000CD Griffen Edition. New ones run $247 and $197 discounted. I am from Pennsylvania. This is the valve that sits on the Rad. right by the top hose. Thanks, Bob

The wastegate and the blow off valve are two entirely setapate compenents. The wastegate is part of the turbo, and isn't sold as a separate item. The blow off valve is a small plastic valve, about £20.

Nice area.

That's something else altogether - it's the APC solenoid valve.

Let's start again, which one do you need, and how did you reach that conclusion?

The part number what I need is 7485576.

The turbo is putting out to much pressure by the gauge on the dash, car is running very fast and powerfull, fun to drive. I live up on top of a

1.5 mile Mountain and most of the time I can beat everyone up the Mountain. Anyway I have another 1992 9000CD and a little while ago the same happened to that car. We replace the above part number part and the car ran normal. I switch parts and the Griffen ran normal so I believe it is that part.

Thanks, Oscarjohn

Yes, I think it is the APC solenoid valve as I hack sawed one open and saw the solenoid. I am one of these Guys that likes to fix things first if able to before replacing things.
