This seller is selling some very desirable cars w/low opening bids, poor pix, and states in his auction that his BIN price is $9600.00, cheap for this Starlight & a small fraction of the value of the Packard Caribbean he is offering for same stated BIN price. Something doesn't smell right about this guy. He doesn't even say where he is located.
