I have my '63 R1 Daytona Skytop in a restoration shop having some mechanical stuff done and one of the things I requested was that new upper and lower control arm bushings be put in to alleviate the squishing noise at low speeds and in getting in and out of the car. Somewhere I've heard that Delrin bushings are the best for this. The shop has not heard of them. Do I have the name right, are they really better, who sells them, and are they worth the extra cost (assuming they are more expensive than others)?
