Free GT Hawk

We left this one with the owner and kept the other car in the package deal. It was not worth the gas bill to haul it to Sal's for us.

the sheetmetal actually looks decent on that, and it's a '62 so the front fenders could be used on an earlier car... or is this one of those "looks better in the pictures than it really is" kind of deals?

The sheet metal could save a rust belt car, but we just don't have the time to mess with it. Cars like that Hawk are crushed every day on the west coast. I hope someone strips it a bit more before that happens.

I've been considering going to get it just cuz its only a couple hours away, and I hate to see it get crushed. We could probably save some of the body parts in the barn and have the carcass hauled away. I feel bad about leaving it for the owner to have to deal with. It was offered as part of the original deal with the other car. Hmmmmmmm. What to do..........

I'm not trying to derail the karma train, so I'll have to go get it.

Let me know the condition of the front fenders and a price.
