I listed some used parts on eBay last week (things I carried to Reedsville/York years ago with 50-cent prices and didn't sell). One is a used right side 57-61 Hawk tail fin cap. I described it as pitted, but ok for a driver. Then I dropped a box on it and cracked it. I put that info on eBay with a picture. I even emailed the bidders to tell them they may want to reconsider. Since then it has jumped from $20.50 to $50.65 with several hours to go. See:

I know a retired guy who makes nice furniture from old pallets, 2 x

4's, 2 x 6's etc. and his sales were so-so. He started "distressing" stuff with hammers, chains, etc. tinting with propane torch burns and staining with fresh engine oils (I never knew of different colors! Kendall is blueish-green, etc.) and transmission fluids, he had to hire helpers to keep up with sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Save your old trim parts guys. My used parts complete with pits, etc. are at $575.00 with 10 minutes to go. I'd have been happy at $100. Paul Johnson

Closed at a total $615.94. The only thing I thought would go high was a pair of Avanti outside door handle assemblies with the ignition switch and three original keys that worked all three pieces. It even did better than I expected- $201. Paul Johnson
