In the mail today was the notice that we are now an official chapter of SDC. The Big Bend Chapter was granted a charter on Oct. 14th. Whew! An awful lot of work went into this. My 'ol lady did a TON of it. I wish I could attend the Florida State Meet this weekend as a kind of celebration, but can't make it. Somebody toss one (or more) back for me; I'll be there in spirit. HOORAY!!! I'm glad it's all worked out for you guys down there. Don't feel bad, I won't make it to the meet either. Can't make them all, eh? There's a few small things I'm gonna do to the '59 PU.. My taillights suddenly went out. Still got brakes lights and turn signals though. I just love tracing dirtly old wires!!!
