Anyone know what piston cast #1557148 crosses over to part number wise? The number is in a 289 V8. I am trying to determine if it is an R1 piston.

Anyone know what piston cast #1557148 crosses over to part number wise? The number is in a 289 V8. I am trying to determine if it is an R1 piston.
It is a flat top. Since I posted the question, I found the R1 pistons that came out of my R1 Avanti engine and they share the same casting #.
