where do you find the color code interior and exterior on a 1962 studebaker hawk

i need to know where to find the color codes on a 1962 hawk,, interior and exterior,, she has had a repaint, and the interior has like a slight pinkish tan hue???

They aren't part of the serial number if that's what you were hoping. The b ody color code was printed on a piece of paper and glued to the bottom of t he glove box under the dash. Most of those forms have fallen off over the y ears. Sounds like this car might have the optional all-vinyl upholstery in Saddle Tan. The 1962 vinyl wasn't real great. Sun exposure has been known to make it take on a pinkish look. Sometimes it can be cleaned with leather condit ioner. If that doesn't work, respray with vinyl dye or reupholster. To find out how this car was built, you can purchase a copy of the original production order from the Studebaker Museum.

thanks,, i do believe the paper under the glove box must be gone,, the ext. has been an old repaint brown,, i dont know if that is correct,, under the hood etc,, looks lighter,, but i dont know if lite enough to be the desert sand?? although i def. like the lighter color better,, thanks again
